Subject

All compositions, preserved flowers and vases remain the property of Suddenly Flowers (Viktoriia Synia, Spichernstr. 8, 10777 Berlin) and are handed over for temporary use during the rental period. Every composition is designed individually for the customer's space and taste and agreed with the customer before the first delivery; photos on the website are references only and do not describe a specific composition.

Term and payment

The subscription runs for an indefinite period and includes four seasonal compositions per year (about three months each). It is paid in advance per season (every three months) or per year, by the saved card or — for businesses paying yearly — by invoice. Prices include 19% VAT: S 680 €, M 1,080 €, L 1,480 € per year (equal to 170 / 270 / 370 € per season); with seasonal billing S 190 €, M 300 €, L 410 € per season. Time- or quantity-limited launch discounts are shown on the subscription page; a discount applies to all charges of the subscription concluded with it. The price includes the rental, a vase matching the composition (swapped at every exchange), delivery of the new composition, collection of the previous one and a new seasonal design.

Delivery and exchange

We deliver within Berlin and Potsdam. After payment we contact you to agree style, colours and size for your space and to arrange the first delivery. At each exchange our team collects the previous composition together with its vase and brings the new composition with a matching vase in the same visit. We commit to four compositions per subscription year; the delivery and exchange dates are agreed individually with the customer and are not tied to fixed calendar dates.

Care

• Keep the composition indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Do not water it or expose it to moisture.
• Light dust and natural minimal changes over time are acceptable.

Damage and compensation

On return the composition must be visually in roughly the state it was handed over. It counts as significantly damaged if it is broken or crushed, knocked over and badly damaged, taken apart, soaked with water or other liquids, damaged by pets, returned with many missing or broken flowers, or otherwise unusable for the next rental. Light dust is not damage.

If a composition is returned significantly damaged and cannot be used further, the customer pays compensation equal to one season at the yearly rate: S 170 €, M 270 €, L 370 €. If the vase is broken, lost or unusable: S 50 €, M 100 €, L 150 €.

Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time — in your account or via the page “Cancel contracts here”. It ends at the end of the period already paid, but no later than one month after we receive the cancellation. Amounts already paid for the time after the end of the contract are refunded pro rata; for card payments automatically to the card, for invoice payments by bank transfer. After the end of the contract we collect the composition and the vase.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons, by e-mail to info@suddenly.flowers or by post to Suddenly Flowers, Viktoriia Synia, Spichernstr. 8, 10777 Berlin. We refund payments within 14 days using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. If you asked us to start before the withdrawal period ends, you owe a proportionate amount for the service provided until withdrawal. The model withdrawal form is included in your confirmation e-mail.

Acceptance

By subscribing the customer confirms that composition and vase are rented and remain the property of Suddenly Flowers, undertakes to treat them with care, returns the previous composition at each exchange in proper visual condition, and accepts the compensation rules above.
